Andromeda Council - The Andromeda Council is an intergalactic and interstellar governance & development body of aligned benevolent star systems & planets of sentient intelligent life... for worlds in both the Milky Way and Andromeda galaxies. The chaired members of the Andromeda Council comprise a total of twelve (12) different, distinct member worlds & races. There is one council member per seat. Its own conduct is guided-by, measured and adhered to by the highest degree of intergalactic standards, ethics and protocols. Every decision it makes is very cautious and deliberate. The Council itself is held responsible to a very rigorous set of governing laws and mandates to which it must adhere and obey.

The Andromeda Council (“theCouncil”) is an intergalactic governance body of affiliated star systems and planets. It is made up of worlds, people, and beings that are some 3rd, and primarily 4th, 5^th & 6^th dimensional. Though of varying colors, sizes and races, these people are very human, though in different higher stages of evolution. “Human” is the predominant life form across the cosmos. There are twelve (12) senior chaired members of the Andromeda Council.

The Council itself has been organized for at least 20,000 years in its present form, as best measured in Earth years. The Council itself is held responsible by its governing laws & mandates originally created, and amended when necessary, by its own member star systems & planets. No other authority. The Council is very careful, and very prudent about the decisions & actions it takes. Its conduct is guided, measured, and adhered- to, by the highest degree of rigorous intergalactic standards, ethics, & protocols. Every decision it makes is very cautious and deliberate. Most important, it values the inherent sovereignty & freedom of all sentient intelligent life, including Earth humans. Which means it absolutely values humanity’s right, each person’s freewill choice, to make decisions that are best suited for his/her own growth and evolution.

At one time, going much farther back than 20,000 years, it existed as a council, a governing body, but as a smaller entity, less than the 12 existing senior members of today. Another group joined them at (approximately) the 20,000 year mark. That's when they formally became the Andromeda Council.

Biosphere - A "biosphere" is a hollow artificial planet. It has been manufactured. It can also be known as a planetoid.

As an example, there are twelve (12) Andromeda Council flagged biospheres at this time, large planetoid spacecraft, stationed just outside of Earth's space. These are complete living & working environments. Each contains many parks of various sizes throughout each biosphere with walking paths, swimming ponds, trees, grazing animals... much like deer, rabbits & squirrels. The primary Andromeda Council biosphere is where Tolec visits and attends many of the Council, sub-committee, and advisory board meetings. This specific primary biosphere is about the size of Pluto, has 26 floors, is powered by a crystalline fusion generator, has an executive staff of 15 officers, and a crew compliment of 50,000 people and their families. This one biosphere can hold upward of 2 million people at full capacity. It contains the following floors:

Commander of Primary Andromeda Council biosphere – one of Tolec’s five primary contacts from the Andromeda Council. He's about 1,700 years old. He physically looks like he is 34~35 years old. See also Biosphere

Contact – the plan of open contact, visitation & interaction with the people of Earth can now happen because Earth humans are now safe from the long standing, manipulative, abusive, malicious reptilian menace. This plan for contact & visitation is to happen over & over again for an extended period of time, probably at least upward of one (1) full year all across the globe, until Earth people finally get the message - you are not alone, you have never been alone. They will quietly land, cloaked. They will visit with people on the outskirts of most major cities, on the outskirts of suburban cities & towns, in their parks, in their malls, outside shopping plazas, on the campuses of private universities & schools, where ever people normally congregate in these above countries. Maybe more.

They will visit the more spiritually progressive, 'advanced', 'aware' and 'open' parts of each country, as an example, the southwestern United States, and western Canada, first. They will visit all parts of each country... visiting the most progressive parts first, and least progressive parts of each country, last. Look for some VERY tall people (on average 6' 4" - 7' 6"+ ), both men & women, with light green, light blue, porcelin white & mocha colored skin, crew members from the various planets: Ventra, Nikotae, Toleka and Ritol, they will simply walk among people, introduce themselves and have warm, friendly, open, interactive visits & conversations with Earth people, with average citizens. Note: prior to their visit to Earth, there will be an very small advanced task force - a liaison & goodwill team - of three (3) people from the Andromeda Council: Ambassador Tanka Wheneh, spiritual sage & advisor to the Andromeda Council and Ambassador to all Native American people living west of the Mississippi River located in the United States of America (U.S), Andromeda Council Vice-Chairwoman Tania Piekae, and Maka Nahiweh, Diplomat of the Andromeda Council to all Native American people living on 'Turtle Island' & all private citizens, all sovereign people living in the United States of America.

All three (3) Andromeda Council team members will be traveling throughout the U.S together, speaking in a various regions & cities, first starting in the southwestern part of the U.S, then onto California, throughout all of the west, north to the Pacific northwest, across the mid-west, to the northeast, and finally to the southern U.S. They will then repeat this process in Canada, and then again in all the other countries around planet Earth as listed on page 3, "Contact", of this web site. They will speak in various cities, in a variety of venues, free of charge, to let the people in each area know what to expect to learn from the visiting people of the four (4) races of the Andromeda Council. Advanced notice will be provided before they speak.

Further, people are asking if they may bring their cell phones, video cameras, etc. when these three (3) people of the liaison & good will team speak. As I am authorized by the Andromeda Council to answer, the answer to this question is: Yes. Though the mass media outlets will not be invited. However, the answer is different when we are talking about the possibility of photographing/videoing the people from the four (4) planets of the Andromeda Council traveling & visiting with Earth people. It will be up to the discretion of the people, the crew members from Ventra, Nikotae, Toleka & Ritol, on a case-by-case basis, as to whether they will feel comfortable to allow photographs, or not. It is their choice.

Death - OK. So, back to the 5D. What do you mean we move on to 5D, onto the fifth dimension... when do we die?

ANSWER: No no, you misunderstand. That's the point. You don't die. Remember, time doesn't exist from the 4D, fourth dimension, on upward. You don't experience time. And people, Earth people living a 4D life do not die. A person can choose by really extraordinary circumstances to be “extinguished”, but this is very, very rare. When a 4D person gets to the point when he/she is 6,000 -10,000 'years old', when he/she feels they've learned enough & contributed enough to society, when the moment is right for them, they simply choose to move on, and transition to 5D, the fifth dimension, a slightly higher frequency of vibratory awareness. For a new set of challenges, a new set of learning experiences. It is a transition, a change in vibration. This transition from 4D, the fourth, to 5D, the fifth, is simply about into a higher vibration and capabilities… when the moment is right for him/her. Further, the actual capabilities one has once he/she become a 5D, a fifth dimensional human, are only a couple of degrees enhanced above the upper capabilities of 4D, the fourth dimension. In any case, moving on from one dimension to the next is only about having many experiences, learning many many things, and then making a simple choice to move on, to change. You do not die.

Earth - Many of the member races of the Andromeda Council are acknowledged throughout the Universe to be some of the same races that originally seeded Earth hundreds of thousands of years ago, as evidenced by the variety of humans on the planet today.

Earth changes - If you want to plan for any rough days ahead, it seems to make good sense to prepare and purchase some basic things like the following items: if you/your family have a couple of cars, turn-in/trade-in the oldest car in for a used 4-wheel drive, 4 door off-road vehicle, or simply a used truck...older is better, they have far less electronics, one w/out an internal computer is best; turn-in/trade-in an amount of cash currency you’re comfortable with - and secure a bunch of silver coins - keep them ready, they are far more affordable than gold. Precious metal, gold & silver, coins have been used over thousands of years. Because precious metals always have intrinsic value, they are always considered as real “money”. Purchase/secure/have ready: a tent & sleeping bags, a portable camping stove with a minimum of two (2) full propane tanks, supply of matches, a flashlight with extra batteries, 3-5 weeks supply of canned & freeze dried food. Purchase at least four (4) ten gallon water jugs to hold clean drinking water & canteens, and a portable water filter system that screens out germs, bacteria, protozoa including giardia and others which are deadly to the human body. You can research & purchase some of these items over the web. Some of these items you can simply go to stores to buy. The last few you can purchase in an outdoor camping store.

Earth Sounds/Vibrations - These sounds are simply the sounds of Mother Earth going through her continued evolution in becoming a new higher dimensional world. They are nothing to be concerned about at all. They are simply the sounds of her continued expressions of her changes, much like a woman experiences the sounds of the expansion & adjustment of her own body during her pregnancy. It is the natural order of things at this time for this world.

Joint Earth Council - It is expected over the course of the next few years as planet Earth adjusts to its new life in the 4th dimension - as well as being part of a greater family of intelligent life that is thriving across the cosmos - planet Earth will be invited as a single member to join the Galactic Federation. Earth's representative body on the Galactic Federation will be known as the - Joint Earth Council. To help promote a long and peaceful existence of a reborn planet, and a reborn people, and the benefits of intergalactic trade - it is expected Earth will receive an invitation & a formal set of protocols to join a greater community of planets, the Galactic Federation, based in the Tau Ceti star system which holds the tenth (#10) senior member seat of the Andromeda Council. If it wants to, Earth can join as a peaceful contributing member of this community of planets. However, people of planet Earth, this is your decision. Only you can determine your own destiny, only you can make your own choices... only you can determine your future. No one else. It is all up to you. And, as a member of the Galactic Federation, and therefore a member of the Andromeda Council, Earth will also have its own representation, via a Joint Earth Council, formally representing the interests of Earth.

Message to people of Earth - You are not alone, you have never been alone. The overall message to the people of planet Earth will be for them to enjoy & revel in the knowledge that - you are not alone, you have never been alone, your planet was seeded by many, many races from across the cosmos. This universe and its galaxies are teaming with sentient, intelligent life, societies and cultures. People of planet Earth, you are part of this glorious expanse... of sentient intelligent life. And, that as sentient intelligent life, you, people of Earth, as free souls have a right to be free - to live lives of free choice & free will, to evolve, and to function as spiritually alive, awake, aware and responsible… sovereign human beings. During this time the crew members from the Andromeda Council aligned planets will teach and sometimes simply remind Earth people about:

a.) the truth of Earth human physical origin… where among the various stars & planets across the Universe that Earth people originally came from, who their - cousins, brothers and sisters are, who their ancestors truly are;

b.) about the vibrational harmonic frequency changes happening to this solar system & planet Earth… what the planet & its inhabitants as it enters the galactic equatorial plane will experience as they transition from a 3D density vibration to a 4D density & then eventually someday in the future… a 5D density vibration;

c.) about exactly what this will mean for Earth and its inhabitants, exactly how their lives will be different, in all facets, in so many positive ways people can not even begin to imagine - about exactly what people can expect life to be like as a 4th dimensional human;

d.) about the truth that love is the most powerful force in the Universe, and that love is the true essence of Creation;

e.) about the sacredness of planet Earth, how important it is to

treat it with the sacred respect it truly deserves;

f.) about the truth and reality of the Human spiritual origin and its true essence;

g.) about the reality, creation & sacredness of the Human Soul, and its connection with the Creator / Creation, and all sentient life throughout the Universe.

People of Earth... Earth is your planet. A truly beautiful place of natural wonderment among the stars. And you, people of Earth, you will finally have an opportunity to heal, grow and evolve... to determine your own destiny, make your own choices... and determine the kind of future you want for your world. Without negative influence & interference from others. Your choices. Your world. One to which you are responsible... whose future you hold in your - hearts, minds & souls.

Visitors to Earth - will most likely come from the following four (4) star systems & planets: Polaris - planet Ventra, Antares - planet Nikotae, Sirius A - planet Toleka, and from the constellation Cygnus, star system Alpha Cygni (aka) Deneb - planet Ritol.

Fifth Dimension – See Death

Fourth Dimension - I am very interested in, evolving into the next dimension; and I want to travel the stars. What can I do to help? ANSWER: A good & valid question. As the people of Earth continue to progressively change, evolve in consciousness & awaken to their true spiritual core essence... and finally become higher dimensional human beings in January 2014... know that some of you will be much more attuned, much more comfortable & 'familiar ' with the many aspects of life as a higher form 4th dimensional human being. Also know that there are at least 20+ other planets that are also about to go through their own evolution into becoming higher dimensional worlds & beings. At least two (2) of these worlds are very much like Earth, in that they are 3D, Earth like in composition, third dimensional, worlds... though they will go through this higher dimensional evolution much easier than the people of Earth because they are far less complex worlds, with only 1 or 2 races at most on each world. The many people of these worlds have also been 'attacked', misused, emotionally & psychologically tortured... with negative energy bombardment; and like Earth, the energy of these people of their planets have also been fed upon as a natural resource to the Draco Reptilians & their assistants the 'Greys'. Therefore; there will be a great need for human beings who have already been through the transformation & evolution the people of Earth are about to experience - to help the people of these many other worlds. This is how you can be - of service. Of course, depending on the work discipline you are most natural at & best at, you will be eligible for and can receive advanced training in that discipline... and a variety of disciplines to prepare you for work in outer space. It can be a highly rewarding life.

How will Earth people change as we become new 4D humans... once 2014 begins?

ANSWER: The most important thing to realize is that the transformation, the transition from 3D to 4D, from being a 3D person to being a 4D person… will be a smooth, ‘seamless’, painless, process. This experience will be a simple transformation of cellular structure, from the slower, more dense, heavier, existing 3D vibratory rate body you have today – to a higher, faster, lighter, 4D vibratory rate. You will have a body that is taller, literally lighter in terms of mass, weight & density... about one tenth (1/10) of what you weigh now.

Keep in mind, your body’s molecular cellular structure will actually change. Think crystal based molecules. Your existing 3D cell walls will transmute into being crystalline based. Your 4D body, the cellular structure of your 4D body, will be based on crystalline molecules. No longer carbon based, but crystal based. Within the core, the center of each cell, it will be infused with light. Your 4D bodies will really be... very translucent. This is a natural 4th dimensional, 4th density state.

Everyone will be relatively tall & slim in stature. This is simply the nature of having a body composed of crystalline cellular structure. You will also be 'lighter' in terms of... being infused with light. Not opaque like you are today, not completely translucent, but very translucent.

Your children will transform as well. But in terms of age appearance, they will continue to develop as young children, into young adults, only now along the adjusted, normal, 'time line' of thousands of years for 4th dimensional people.

For most adults who choose to remain on Earth during this time of change, you will look approximately in the 32 to 35 year old age range. In terms of height, for a comparison, an average 3D male today at 5’10”… the equivalent 4th dimensional male will be about 7ft tall, this is the average height for a 4D man. A 5’ 5” to 5’ 6” 3D Earth woman will likely be about 6’ 2” living a 4D life. An average 4D Earth man will weigh in Earth terms about: 10 to 15 pounds. An average 4D Earth woman will weigh about: 5 to 7 pounds. Everyone will be relatively trim, tall, slim in stature. Again, this is simply due to the nature of having a body composed of crystalline cellular structure.

In terms of overall health, 4D Earth humans will be healthy, very healthy, full of light. With your solar system and Earth's migration into the 4th dimensional zone of space, 3D diseases will all be literally eradicated.

Earth is about to transform in vibrational frequency from its current 3-D solid matter form existence in the 3rd dimension… into 4D, the fourth dimension/density reality, the vibratory rate one frequency faster than currently on Earth, as Earth's solar system and planet Earth are now crossing the galactic equatorial plane zone of the Milky Way galaxy.

Overall, this new area of 4D, fourth dimensional, space is a place where matter has far less density & weight, an area of much faster & higher frequency energy vibration. It is also a dimension where time will no longer have a hold on Earth humans. From a 4D, fourth dimension, perspective time doesn't exist... at least not the way Earth presently experiences time.

The official beginning of 4D, fourth dimensional energy, will begin to affect Earth's solar system on 11.11.11 as it encounters the galactic equatorial plane region - as a universe & galactic wide harmonic frequency will open and affect this whole area of space.

Whether people call this phenomenon a stargate or portal this area of faster higher fourth dimensional energy is real. This historic date of 11.11.11 begins the infusion of 4D dimensional energy onto your planet. It will affect Earth & its people in a positive, uplifting way like never before experienced in your planet's history.

The saturation of this higher frequency vibration will continue from the end of 2011, through all of 2012, reaching full strength during the time frame of December 2012 - throughout all of - March 2013 when the final rotation of the 90 degree shift of Earth's crust happens with the present day East/West orientation of the continents moving into their new North/South orientation.

There will also be a magnetic pole shift, a reversal, during this time, but will not cause any problems for the people of Earth. There is of course likely to be a temporary period of adjustment of Earth's electrical systems, but this is only expected to last a few hours time. It will not be problematic. If there are any difficulties at all, the biospheres of the Andromeda Council stand ready to help and will help. The 23.5 degree off-axis tilt of the Earth that presently exists will be corrected as well, and will be no longer. This will mean a much more temperate climate for planet Earth overall.

These changes are expected to settle down throughout remaining 2013, and will begin the completion of this cycle by the end of October, winding down in December 2013. 4D, fourth dimensional life is to officially begin in January 2014.

During this time every living thing from the largest to the smallest will be offered the opportunity to change, to evolve, into 4D, fourth dimensional life.

It is expected Earth will begin to settle into its new 4D vibrational existence, its new fourth dimension life, in January 2014. There will also be pockets of 5th dimensional vibration on your new 4D Earth.

Once Earth is vibrating in the fourth dimension, Earth's remaining sentient inhabitants, including all humans, will be forever changed. They will manifest a variety of natural, multi-sensory abilities as never before experienced in Earth's history. These new abilities include: telepathy, telekinesis, teleportation, and levitation. For all of transformed humanity - human consciousness, human life, will make a quantum leap in evolution.

Humans finally experience and learn first hand about the truth & reality of their own soul, about their true spiritual birth essence & origin. 4D humanity experiences a true spiritual life - complete self awareness and cognition, total memory recall, clairvoyance, clairsentience & greater natural harmony with others.

This will include a complete transformation of your solar system. A complete transformation of the human race on planet Earth. You will now have crystalline bodies, healthy, light filled with virtually eternal life spans. And a beautiful way of living like you have never imagined.

This time in Earth’s history will begin what many have described as a new age of enlightenment, literal spiritual awareness, living , being & consciousness, an age of true human renewal... back to the origins of what the human race was meant to become. And;

But the difference is, with this evolutionary change, from this time forward, people of planet Earth, now a fourth dimensional race, you will no longer be alone.

You will now finally truly be reconnected with your brothers, sisters and cousins across the stars in this vast universe full of sentient, intelligent life.

Galactic Energy Wave - In addition, this area of fourth dimensional space also has a 'black hole' with highly charged magnetic energies at its core. Earth's solar system and planet Earth will upon entry of this zone encounter the highly charged magnetic energies of this 'black hole' and feel its effects. Some of your Earth scientists, astrophysicists, call this area - a Galactic or Torsion Energy Wave.

The speeding up of this solar system & its planets including Earth due to the faster & higher frequency energy vibration rate of this area - their upliftment into the fourth density resulting in continued geophysical events and additional changes to planet Earth - these changes are projected to start by mid-October 2011.

The Galactic Federation - One of the original groups of the Andromeda Council is the Galactic Federation which is a long standing federation of star systems and planets of benevolent beings based in the Tau Ceti star system. You can think of the Galactic Federation as the Andromeda Council's operational management company that is responsible for day-to-day management and enforcement of the cooperative protocols for: intergalactic, interstellar & interplanetary trade/barter/exchange of resources, products & services, intersocietal, intercultural, educational exchange and many other activities on a planet to planet basis. The Galactic Federation is comprised of approximately 140 star systems, and at present 300 planets. It has its own sitting council representing its own star systems & planets. It is lead by a Chairman from the Tau Ceti star system. The Galactic Federation itself is the 10th senior chaired member of the Andromeda Council. The Federation's lead planet is - Xeta.

The Galactic Federation of Light – The Galactic Federation of Light, also known as the Galactic Confederation of is based in the Sirius B star system, with connections to Earth. Clarification & Differentiation. To be very clear, pointed and unequivocal- for the purpose of clarification & differentiation about the above two (2) organizations, I just yesterday asked the Commander of the primary biosphere, where many of the Andromeda Council meetings are held, what the Council knows about the Galactic Federation of Light: From this point forward I will quote him, the Commander - verbatim. Please note, he has the full weight of the Andromeda Council behind him. “the Galactic Federation of Light, we know of them. No matter what they say, they have only been around for about 1,000 years. Yes, they are based in Sirius B. They started small and still only have a very limited number of planets involved in their group. They are not a member of the Andromeda Council. We have nothing to do with them.” “And, no, the Galactic Federation of Light is not the Galactic Federation. Absolutely not.” Further, I asked the Commander about any possible collaboration with members of the Galactic Federation of Light, in space, or here on planet Earth, and here is what he said:“no, no. We are not collaborating with the Galactic Federation of Light. Nor are we collaborating with any star system or planet, part of,or affiliated with, the Galactic Federation of Light. No.”

Greys – a specific variety of renegade ‘Greys’ now living in the Orion star system. These Greys are the progeny of Zeta Reticulans who have not been home to Zeta Reticuli 1 or 2 in at least a few thousand years. Earth is not the only planet they have terrorized. From what I have learned, there are at least another 21 planets that need to be freed from these menaces. Fortunately, they can be beaten, as indicated by the liberation of the Procyon people from these malevolent, self centered, self serving... life draining entities.

(note: of the Grey races, the prime ancestor race - the original Reticulans from the binary star system Reticuli - the ones who in their waning days exhibited awareness of themselves, their fallibility, and the fragility of life, and realizing the pending death of their race - these original Zeta Reticulans not affiliated with the Draco Reptilians, were willing to share all they had learned. Due to their humility, the Andromeda Council intervened, stepped in and helped relocate them to a completely different star system. Hybrid Grey/Human life forms - about 5,000 ‘crossbreed’ aka hybrid Grey / Human life forms, programmed since birth, will need to be removed from Earth and deprogrammed so that they can evolve on their own into free thinking, free willed beings. And, since they are a new sentient life form, they will re-located to their own new 3rd dimension planet.

Implants - It is known by the Chief Medical Officer, and staff, of the medical team of the Andromeda Council that a large percentage of Earth's population was unknowingly implanted and negatively affected by Grey etheric & physical implant technology... meant to keep Earth humans in a state of anxiety, fear, manipulation and control.

Though some physical implants have been found and removed by Earth physicians, at Earth's current stage of evolution & technology it does not yet have the means to detect, measure or eliminate the Greys' use of etheric implants. They would look to be very much like a person of mixed Caucasian & African races on planet Earth. These people are in fact of mixed races. Hair ranges in color from black to brown, of all different textures, short & tight to long & light curly & flowing. Ritol – (Alpha Cygni (aka) Deneb Star System) The majority of the original people from this planet have light blue skin. They have thick full white hair. They have really deep, deep purple colored eyes. These people have also inter-mixed marriages with Caucasian looking people from a planet in the Tau Ceti star system, Loeki{Loke-ee} as a result, theirl ight blue skin color gets even lighter. They have all different eye colors because of the inter-mixing of the races. Their hair color is either black, or red, and is also full & thick in appearance. For those people who have inter-mixed marriages with the “Native American” looking people from the planet Dakote, their look becomes a more “muted” blue look. The people of Ritol have also married people from the planet Nikotae, people who have the light creamy to mid-mocha color skin. They have retained their people’s texture of thick full hair.These people overall are very tall in height. They women are generally 7’–7’2” tall.The men are usually between 8’–8’2” tall. Solar flares - Solar flares, also known as coronal mass ejections (CMEs), they are occurring with high frequency right now because our whole solar system is 'heating up', in a manner of speaking, due to the increasing amount of 4th dimensional energy we are being exposed to... as we continue to enter the galactic equatorial plane zone with its 'black hole' which has a tremendous amount of very highly magnetic, energetic, agitated & erratic particles whipping around the outside edge of this black hole affecting your sun. This super heated plasma from the sun highly accelerates the speed of protons, neutrons & electrons. And, if large CMEs reach Earth they can cause electro magnetic pulse (EMP) waves which can easily knock out satellites in Earth space, and localized power grids over a wide area... depending on which part of the planet they hit. Soul - The core of your being, the totality of the unique 'ball of energetic creation' that was originally birthed the very first time... in a higher dimension. Your soul came from Creation/Creator/Source... thousands of years ago.

Spirals - These "spirals" as you call them happen in the upper realm of your planet's ionosphere. They are a natural occurrence, if you consider what is happening to your planet at this time. The spiral appearances over Australia, and other locations around your world, are not harmful to any life forms on your planet. They are a manifestation of new energy as a result of your planet, as it is passing through the galactic equatorial plane zone region, coming into contact with the faster vibratory rate of 4th dimensional energy in space. The spirals have an impact to an area only to the degree that those who live there recognize them as not part of normal Earth patterns. This higher vibratory dimensional energy is coming into the evolutionary process of Earth in a gentle way. Tolec replied, “There are a number of modalities, ways I receive the information. These days it’s primarily telepathically. War in Space - Leading up to this upliftment, this shift in Earth’s vibration into the next highest density, 4D, the fourth dimension, a war in space, in many cases happening just outside of 'Earth space' over the course of at least nine (9) years of Earth time, likely longer, is as of this fourth quarter of 2011 in the final clean-up phase. This war in space is finally over. Done. Finished. The Draco Reptilian & Orion Grey alliance was defeated. The last stages of the war in space was wrapped up in late January 2011.
